Prioritizing Your Priorities: a hands on workshop with practical tools to better manage your stress and meet your goals

Are you finding this time of year extremely busy with your calendar getting filled?

Learn to take control of the priorities in all areas of your life using the same techniques I use with my clients. Let's make the remainder of this year one filled with greater ease and less stress!

Save the date for this workshop to help you get clear and have better focus to achieve both your personal and professional goals.

You'll live with more balance, plus the proceeds from this event are going to a great cause!

Meet your facilitator: Brooke Gordon

Brooke Gordon works with women in leadership and business development roles who are working under pressure and want to progress in their career with greater ease and less stress.

She is also a passionate volunteer with Soroptimist International - an organization that supports education and career mentorship for women and girls.

Frequently asked questions

What can I expect?

This is a workshop. It is not a webinar or a sales pitch in disguise! You will have time to do the work, and learn with and from others on the call (in the chat, in a sharing spotlight, or possibly in small breakout groups).

Who should attend?

This event is for women and allies, who need to get a handle on their priorities. We will explore our career and personal goals, and you will come away with tools for successfully implementing our goals in all areas of our lives.

Is there a workbook?

There will be a digital workbook to accompany the activities. It is not necessary to print a copy - however, please have a pen & paper available to participate in the activities.

How is my data being used?

The event will be held via Zoom. You will receive an email from Brooke Gordon's with the login information - she uses MailerLite to manage her contacts. Your privacy is protected and your email will not be passed on without permission.

Can I sign up to get the replay?

No, this event will be live, in real-time. It will be hosted on Zoom with no replay available. Any recordings will be used exclusively for internal purposes.

Why do you mean by fundraiser?

This event is hosted by Brooke Gordon and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to support the Soroptimist Dream programs. No charitable receipts will be issued. A $5 administration fee per ticket will be retained to cover fees, overhead costs and promotional expenses.

Where can I get more resources?

Our live workshops are designed to lift up and celebrate women and allies because we believe confidence comes through connection.

The glass ceiling is real and takes a toll on women in leadership, business development and customer service. Our clients are empathetic and finding their way in a male dominated world: they are sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and ready for something to be different so they can feel like themselves again - vibrant and capable.

We offer personalized coaching and mentorship, support in community, and space to be seen and heard. Get more information at www.bestforwomen.ca
